  • Start your day with exercise to get your blood pumping
  • Manage your energy, not your time
  • Eat an energy-fueled breakfast
  • Do not turn on your compute until you finish your breakfast
  • Set goals for the day of which tasks you will complete
  • Set a start and end time for each planned task
  • Us a timer to keep on target
  • Do not check and return emails until after you finish your morning goals
  • Turn your phone off and leave it in another room
  • Work in a cool place since this will keep you from getting tired
